Preparation for your Shoot

Here are some suggestions on what to bring to the shoot that I generally recommend:

  • Any props that might come in handy, examples: jewellery, scarfs, belts, shoes, hats, umbrellas, etc.
  • Your favourite music to play in the background during shoot (bring on a USB memory stick or CDs)
  • At least 3 changes of outfits ( examples; glamour, casual, sexy, darks, lights, etc.)

In general, simple clothing with non-busy prints turn out better in photos. Another thing to keep in mind is that elastic banded clothes (pants, sleeves, etc.) can leave marks for when you change outfits and are going to take photos. General rule of thumb: loose fitting clothing on way to shoot.
